    7th year extension 1 year or 3 years?

    Is one allowed to file extension only for 1 year increment or 3 Years when LC is pending for more than 365 days? My employer referred to Yates interim memo on AC21 and filed for 3 year extension. Now I am worried :confused: whether my extension request is valid or will it get denied. Anybody...
