Applied for PP on 10/30/08 and got it today in mail 11/08/08 for both me/spouse. But it didn't have the naturalization certificate. I checked the travel.state.gov which mentions that it will be returned along w/ the passport or in a separate mailing... Do I need to worry for now and follow...

Why don't you put yours in one envelope and your wife's in another envelope and put these 2 envelopes in a bigger envelope and sent it...This way they are separately handled but still together and hopefully handled by the same person.;)
