I just find out that law for Visa requirement has been postpond till the eraliest next year and it will not be implemented. Does anyone has any concerte information about this issue. Please comment. Your help is appreciated.

Hello, I have just got my approval (I797) for H1-B. I was thinking about going to Canada next month, to get the I-94 from Point of Entry. I am PR of Canada. I like to know if i need to get a Visa from U.S Consulate in Toronto for H1-B. I really don't want to go this route. Please Help. Thanks
