My labor was cleared in EB3. However, now I have not only completed my graduate studies (MBA) but also gained more than 5 years exp.
Is there anyway to convert the application to EB2 while filing for I-140/485?

It is not a question of remaining ignorant or not. I just think it is a good thing to cross-check even what you might know with the policies changing so often.
