After several lucky 485 cases got approved in Oct, will it freeze for another several months?

I am guessing they are changing the message from 30-90 days to 1030-1090 days?

Finally we got the FP notice, ND is 12/19/02 and schedule date is any day between 12/31/02-01/07/03. I did call TCS on 12/19 and 12/20, and several times before. I-485 ND is 8/28/01
