I have my interview coming up in September for DV2003. I am in USA on H1 visa, working since past 4 years. Do I need to take any sponsorship letter for myself/my wife (I-864, I-134, etc.) or just employment letter will do?
Any help appreciated. Thanks.
congrats...
1. PCC - they ask only one that you take from Indian Consulate in USA or also need local?
2. Was the whole process (interview and stamp on passport) done on the same day?
Thanks.
How about the Police certificate? I have one from Chicago consulate - do I still need one from Bombay?
Also, can someone tell me what is IRS9003 - i saw some discussion whether to keep it with us at the time of CP interview or not.
Thanks.
I agree. To be absolutely safe, it is best to go to your home consulate after winning DV to get your GC rather than going for AOS. That will rule out you missing 30 Sept. deadline due to AOS delay. This is more important if your number becomes current in later part of year.
