If you use your AP or EAD it invalidates your H1.

My parents visitor visa is recently rejected on the ground of 214(b) (they may not go back to home country) Any body faced the similar situation ? What else they can show next time when they apply for visitor visa again. Any help will be highly appreciated. AGCLover

Hi, Does anybody knows what all documents needs to be sent for H1 restamping to St luis. My wife's passport shows her maidan last name while the approval notice has come with her married name. Will that create any problem. an urgent reply is highly appreciated. AGCLover

Hi, I also did the same thing. It should not be a problem. Even I know people who came on F1 for phd. took Practical training (but never completed phd) and still got H1 stamped. So do not worry about that. good luck. AGCLover
