No, I didn't see any LUDs after FP. The approval emails just came in probably yesterday evening. Between my I485 notification and approval, the only other message I saw there was the FP notice.

I'm in the same boat. 485 ND 9/02. No FP, no nothing. I have sent TSC numerous letters, faxes, and made phone calls since last May. Still nothing. Contacted local Congressman in last Sept. Got a quick response and said the TSC would schedule our FPs in 30 days. Waited 60 days. Nothing happened...

You got nothing to worry about. It seems your approval is around the corner. I believe many folks here have even worse situation. Many 2002 filers haven't got 1st FP notices yet (including myself). Thanks, Guju. That's really valuable advice. So, would it cause any damage to my wife's I485 case if I include my wife in my CP case as spouse? If my CP case failed, can I still work in U.S. using my EAD obtained from my wife's I485 case?
