EAD Sanga, found out that you can give more info. I have a qustion about EAD. After the completion of LC phase, if we apply for I140 and I485 and WORK AUTHORIZATION, in how many days we get the EAD . I am in Virgina. I looked in the update here for EAD they said 15 to 30 days for...

What if not I am also in the same boat. What if we don't get EAD in time. I guess spouse can stay on H4. My knowledge is one can not work but can stay as dependent.

congrats Now I have one more question. Is your application is in Richmond office or Northern virginia ( I think all offices are in Richmond). But they deal diffrent locations' applications.

question PD is priority date and that is when you intially applied the GC right?. In Phily DOL also they go by this PD or the day that they recieve the application from the local office . I think they call it RD or ND. I am not sure. calrify me. BTW are you doing concurrent filing now ?

good Thats good to hear. I am 20 days away if that is true. I am confused . I called 236-2717 , she told me she is still working on 30th Aug. I don't know why they give different dates all the time.

UPDATE Now processing Aug13th - RIR cases. Called today @1:50 p.m.

Please add me to the list , My priority date is Sep 24th 2001. Called Richmond office , was told now processing first part of Aug, not sure of the exact date. anybody has any updates.:)
