I want to thank all on the forum for their help in the CP procedure. My wife and I sucessfully completed our CP in Mumbai on Dec 3 without any problems. The "interview" lasted less than a minute. I shall be able to answer more questions after I return on Dec 31.

No Title Medical was smooth for me and wife. There are female lady doctors for ladies who do the physical exam. You are required to undress completely for both males and females for a few seconds. They take about 25 people everyday. Reports distributed at 1 pm same day. More later after...

No Title It\'s not required as they already have all the information. I am carrying my original I-140 approval as I already had it with me. Again, as I had a copy of labor and I-140 application, I am carrying a copy. But, I\'ve read on these forums before that it is not asked for in the interview.

Quick question Who is supposed to sign birth affadavit in India? Is a SEM (Special Executive Magistrate) sign ok? Or has it got to be someone else? Thanks.

Interview scheduled on December 3 I learnt todat that my interview is on Dec 3. I had requested a Dec first week interview in my P3 cover letter. Leaving for Mumbai on Nov 23. Good luck to all.

No Title I think we shall know our interview dates by Monday-Tuesday of next week. I have asked my folks in Mumbai to call the consulate. Try asking someone in Bombay itself to call the consulate so don\'t have to become nocturnal creatures :)
