All,
I have heard ( may be a rumor) from one of my close relative that there was some special scheme/promotion last year to sponsor your brother/sister with children and they will receive Green Card in 2.5 years for family based Immigration for India. Was there any pilot program from...
They don't ask questions during stamping. I had gone out of country using this stamp. On point of entry they asked me if I am working for the same employer and employer name.
I don't understand why the hell after stamping, they should ask questions about my employer ?????

I have travelled to India using I-551 stamp. Though people at Indian customs are not very familiar with the stamp, no problem yet.
Take care of any transit visa's if you are going through European countries.

They have team of experienced and good lawyers. They are not so expensive and their response time is good. The main thing is that they knew what they are doing and they do it right the first time.

malsa,
The I-140 petition is employer's petition. He can revoke the petition at any point in time. He can even revoke the petition even if I-485 filing has passed 180 days. AC 21 comes into picture only if I-140 has been approved and I-485 is pending for 180 days.
