I agree with what beautiful_mind has said regarding NC. Apart from WOM, sometimes only patience works. Also WOM has not worked in all cases ( depending on where you live). I think the NC is going to get better though as it is seen as a major issue now. Beautiful_mind, you can definitely...

I found the infopass appointments not very useful. Do not worry about them. Keep getting updates by calling or by getting the local congressman or senator to get the status on you case. I found that to be more reliable and also I got the status updates in writing from these offices.

No I did not see any LUD right after this. I only saw this once it was approved. It tool about 3 or 4 weeks after the call for the approval to come thru.

I think this works. I did the same thing and asked them to forward this to the supervisor. I think it worked for me.

suren1, Currently it is difficult to predict what is going to happen. The situation is very fluid. I know there is a lot of pressue to do something. Heard the governors of Arizona and Utah talk about the whole immigration issue on NPR today. Hopefully something will be worked out in next year.
