My OCI docs were received at CGI today 10/21/08. I have a trip to europe coming up 11/9 to 11/13. If I mail my paasport to CGINY today would I have it back by11/9. Am I allowed to wait for a few weeks after the docs were received and mail my passports after I return?(I would prefer that)

Do i have to provide receipts as proof of traffic tickets having been paid? I did not save these receipts ( they were from 4 years back). Will I face a problem. Is there some way to obtain a copy of the receipts?
