Case wasn't transfered to NSC. Biometrics Code 3 was done Oct/2005.

I believe it depends on the **reason** for the delay. For instance my lawyer updated me that my Wife's GC is pending NC.. which pretty much means a long wait ahead. Since I've heard (so far) 6 months as the longest period, possibly I am heading that way.

Received the plastic card today [10/23].
