    Illinois: FP Notice received for spouse RD/ND 1/01 I got my FP notice in 6/01. Looks like NSC is getting to the FPs that got messed up.

    It doesn\'t work... My lawyer called twice &amp; so did I - nuthin doin! My collegues who applied 1-2 months before me got their FP done 5 months before mine.

    Detroit_Waiter, ... my lawyer said that I should go as scheduled &amp; my wife should go only when scheduled. She spoke to INS today and was told that they would be expediting my wife\'s FP notice. Hopefully, it\'ll get here by then. Thanks for your suggestion.

    I received mine in the last week of June &amp; am scheduled for the first week of August. My wife has not got her\'s yet! Has any one else been in the same situation? Should I go by myself or wait until my wife gets hers?

    No Title I\'m still trying to figure out how INS works on these. There are 2 others from my company (one China ND March 2001, the other India (same as me) ND Feb 2001, both EB2 RIR) who have received their FP notice but not their AP and EAD.
