Carefull My take, you can do that, if you have a valid H-1b you can travel with your H-1b and you dont need AP, just incase when you are in india and you greeen card gets aprroved. your H-1b will no longer be valid for you to reneter. take your lawer advice before you take a decision

When I had to submit my Affidavits , i had my parents scan the affidavits and Email it to me , and i submitted those along with I-485 Application, i did not get any RFEs For this.

what is validity of the Plastic card plastic card also do we have to renew every year or for how many years will it valid

No Problem As far as i know I have My Own LLC Corporation when i was on H1-B, and my Green Card was Aprroved with out any RFE, and we did good Transactions in my corporations , so i dont see a problem starting a new businees while you are in EAD this is not a legal advise, please...

dont worry mine was never updated on AVM it always said 390 to 420 , bot my 485 was approved on aug 30:)

dont worry my 485 was Approved on August 30, my FP status was never Updated on AVM it always said 360 to 390, so dont worry we all know how Nebraska AVM is :) :)
