    HELP ! Want to go India while H4 - H1 is pending by premium processing....

    Please HELP ! Can I go to india and come back on H4 while my premium processing for h4-h1 is in process..... What are the risk involved. As the company won't be sending me the approved H1 to india. what happens if I come back on H4 and my I-94 is stamped after my H1 is approved in US.
