Delay you border visit.WES is acceptable by US border agents.There are evaluations you can get one in a day.But that may not work.I had issues with with other evaluations. WES or University of Toronto works for sure.U can ask WES to send by expedite courier

My Visa was refused once with evaluation from Parkeval ...they asked me to get from WES or University of Toronto..I got Both WES and University of Toronto evaluation..Then i got visa..

WES gives you 3 or 4 years degree based on the rating of your university..WES is Trusted by Border, if it WES evaluation states 3.5 years it will be a problem.

CSA is not for roles involving software development/coding

Your Degree, Job Duties and TN category should be logically connected. If it is a new job offer from another company you have not applied in the past, there is a chance for CSA TN. Is your degree from North America? what's the degree ?. Remember you are not allowed to code in CSA.

Whatever the officer told you is already in your file, so does not matter which port. I would recommend any port instead of petition as at least you can put across your case to the officer at the port.
