Can a company help to get O visa?
A company gives me (J-1 visa holder) a offer. But they don\'t know what they can do for me to get a O-1 visa. I only know a academic institute can do that. How about a company? If it is possible, I will ask a attorney to do it. Usually, how long it will take? Pls give more tips. K Young- K Young
