O-3 visa question
My husband is going to change J-1 visa to O-1 visa. I am also changing from J-2 to O-3. Is it necessary for me to go with him to change my status or I can do that later on my own?? Also do you need to go physically or you can do that through the mail? What is the waiting period for...- Nada Simunovic
