Hello friends.. I am Ashu S. Kedia, from India. I have been offered a place at University of Canterbury for Ph.D in Civil Engineering. I have applied for my student VISA on 6th April, 2015. My last date of enrollment is 1st October. Can I expect my student Visa before that??- ASHU KEDIA
