I have been working on TN in the US from 2015-2019 and then from 2021-2023 I worked for the same vendor from Canada (but via my Canadian incorporated company) - can the vendor now file my L1 for working in the US.

I will be going to the border for my TN in the next 10 days . Can someone who has gone for a TN recently to the border let me know if an appointment is required ? Thanks

I am a Canadian citizen. I have worked on TN (as management consultant) with a vendor for sometime . Can the vendor now file for a L1 or do I need to have worked for that vendor outside the US for a year and only then the vendor can file for my L1. Let me know.
