May 29th 2002 RD wating after 2nd FP on May 28th 2004

My RD is May 29th 2002. I did my 2nd FP at Newark on May 28th 2004. Last Updaetd Date (LUD) changed on June 7th 2004. But yesterday (July 13th 2004) it got updated. Today I see again the LUD changed (July 14th 2004). Does this mean any thing?? Did it happen to any one before approval.

People with RD from April 02 are waiting for their 2nd FP notice. I am May 02 RD and my friend has April 02 RD, both of us has FP expired for about 3 to 4 months, but still not 2nd FP notice. Is there any one who's RD is April 02 and beyond has got 2nd FP notice from Newark ASC?

Does the address change affect the 2nd FP notice

I see other service center which are scheduling 2nd FPs for June/July 2002 RD's and for most April/May 2002 getting approved after their 2nd FP's done during Nov/Dec 03. But Newark ASC is Just scheduling 2nd FP's for Mar 02 RD's

I am asking as I am still waiting for my 2nd FP after almost 4 months of expiry of my 1st FP at Newark.

Please reply me whats your RD and 2nd FP notice date? Because this will give me a clue, how long I have to wait. I heard Newark is overboked for FP's and its going to be delayed for those you are waiting for 2nd FP. My FP expired for the past 3 months.
