    AR-11 and Personal MailBox

I wonder if we, permanent residents, can use PMB (Personal MailBox) as an address to deal with bureaus. In near future, I expect to travel pretty frequently out of U.S. and I am also going to change my physical address while I am in the U.S. Pretty neat solution seems to be renting a Personal...

    US Citizenship through Naturization help

Same question here. Why did the OP get rejected (or not approved) if he clearly qualifies under 4 years and 1 day rule? Is it because the IOs are not knowledgeable about the regulation?

    Frequent visits out of US

I don't think they bother Green Card holders in secondary inspection as long as they stay most of the time in the U.S and they don't exceed the 6 month time frame. However, you can always be randomly selected to be questioned in secondary. That happened to me once. And it happens to US...

Travelling to countries with bad diplomatic relation?

What is the implication of travelling to countries that don't have the best diplomatic relations with the U.S. ? I am thinking about travelling (for pleasure) to Belarus and some other post-soviet countries. Should I expect any troubles when coming back to the U.S or at the time when applying...

My citizenship application is going to be based on DV lottery. I will be applying using 4 years and 1 day rule, because couple years ago I had to take a trip over one year using re-entry permit as I described in my post here. I have never had a written lease agreement nor paid any utility...

    Documents needed for Naturalization

When going for the citizenship interview, I will probably have to gather all document regarding my present and past residences such as lease agreements, utility bills, etc. What-if I don't have those? What-if I just paid cash to somebody to stay? Is lack of residence documentation any problem...

Citizenship eligibility - 4 years and 1 day rule

Nobody knows? I was also going to add that I am currently unemployed and I only lease my apartment (I do not own it). And I have never had a lease written on my name since I was always paying cash to the landlord who is my friend. Do you think that could be a problem?

Citizenship eligibility - 4 years and 1 day rule

Hello guys, my long story short, I won GC in visa DV lottery in 2007 and I came to the U.S. the same year. Because I was still studying back in Europe I couldn't move to the U.S. immediately. So in 2007 I stayed less than 6 months in the U.S. and left back to my home country. Before I left...
