I wonder if we, permanent residents, can use PMB (Personal MailBox) as an address to deal with bureaus. In near future, I expect to travel pretty frequently out of U.S. and I am also going to change my physical address while I am in the U.S.

Same question here. Why did the OP get rejected (or not approved) if he clearly qualifies under 4 years and 1 day rule?
Is it because the IOs are not knowledgeable about the regulation?
I don't think they bother Green Card holders in secondary inspection as long as they stay most of the time in the U.S and they don't exceed the 6 month time frame.
However, you can always be randomly selected to be questioned in secondary. That happened to me once. And it happens to US...

My citizenship application is going to be based on DV lottery. I will be applying using 4 years and 1 day rule, because couple years ago I had to take a trip over one year using re-entry permit as I described in my post here.

When going for the citizenship interview, I will probably have to gather all document regarding my present and past residences such as lease agreements, utility bills, etc.

I was also going to add that I am currently unemployed and I only lease my apartment (I do not own it). And I have never had a lease written on my name since I was always paying cash to the landlord who is my friend.
Do you think that could be a problem?
