I just got back from my trip to India. I am so glad I did not miss my brother’s wedding. There were no issues ... I gave them my passport, EAD card and AP. They checked my documents and stamped my passport. (They only question the very first time when you use AP. This was my 5th time or so.)

One more thing, I filed for unemployment after I got laidoff. Will CBP check if I'm collecting unemployment? Do youthink they have access to that data base?
