Yes, based on my experience.
In my case on 19th I saw same message and on 25th I saw case approved.
On 27th I got EAD for me & wife. Keep an eye on your mailbox !! :)

My advise would be to have your lawyer call them or pursue your employer to call.
Write letters to congressman, senators, DOL secretary.

Mine still "in process"
In mid june 2007 recieved call from BEC requesting copy of ETA 750s filed (as they lost it, they were working on those for 4.5 years!!) with them and copy of recruitment evidence. Sent the papers again.
Do whatever you can but don't wait things to happen on their own.
Keep on bugging lawyer, escalate in HR dept, Write to Congressman, senators DOL secretary, File PERM as backup.

Constant follow up with lawyer, escalated in HR.
I constantly followed up with lawyer, paralegals, HR contacts every week/days. Escalated within HR hierarchy. Called them, emailed them. Get correct information from lawyer like tracking information or reciept information of the recent responses...

Frustrating steps!! Hope no body has to go through this.
1. Emailed company lawyer/HR screen shot and asked what the *%#&?
2. Company Lawyer said "Don't worry be happy" we will look in to it.
3. Asked specific information mailing receipts and lot of questions but just got reply we are working...
