Namecheck…. Since my case is within the processing time, I'll wait for another month or so which would make it 5 month since PD. After that I'll check with my lawyer and get advise on options/lawsuit and also try to get Congressional reps help etc….

Same story here.. My N-400 is also getting through Name check. I did an info pass and the IO at local DO told that still it is under Name check and it could be travel related. I did ton of international travel on Business in the last few years mainly to Europe. I am guessing 30/120 days...

Looks like SF is moving slow…... I have a priority date of late May 2012… No online update since 06/13/2012 either and shows Initial Review although I did an early FP in Mid June… So looks like SF DO is "not" moving fast….
