please call the 800 number on the 485 receipt and speak to customer service rep. He/she will be able to tell you if the FP was sent or not ? In my case, they sent me the FP appointment after i made an inquiry Good luck

It is an approval message. Usually the first message states " the document has approved etc" and then it changes to " the document we made ......." . So don't worry, its on the way. Cheers, GBA

Guys, I have received RFE for paystubs. The salary on my labour is 100K and my current salary is only 85K. My attorney says its ok to send the current paystubs with 85K sal. Will that be an issue ? If anyone of you guys have been through this, can you please share your comments. Thanks, GBA

substitute labour will always take ( atleast thats been the trend) longer given the fact that they need to find the original copy of the previous beneficiary.
