lucky_gc You're right, sort of. We need both conditions satisfied to get GC, NC is cleared and PD is current. NC is the problem for us here, but PD wasn't a problem yet it is a problem now. Having just one problem is still better than having two problems. heha

visa quota It seems that not many people worries about the new cutoff date which was moved back to May2000. Yes, May2000!? This means that most of us won't be able to get GC even the NC is cleared right now. Is this fair? Isn't this ridiculous? BTW, congratulations Dima66a! heha

Maple, I140 approval notice won't be mailed to you, it's mailed to your lawyer, and a courtesy copy is mailed to your employer. It took 3 days for my lawyer and employer to get the paper from CSC. Please sit down and relax, you'll get it soon. heha

I believe Jan 02 is the priority date which is the date that your labor application was filed. NOT the date that your 140 and/or 485 were filed.
