you may be asked to provide evidence showing that you are employed even for EA cases: i am in eb11. received a RFE for an employment letter. wondering why since a job offer is not required. anyhow, it is not a problem to my situation since i have always been employed.

thanx ihack1 - i posted in the past, looooong time ago. somehow my account was reset for some unknown reasons since i just got my account back yesterday. will have you posted when receive the notices. -- just tired of the the TSC

issued Jan 23 for both wife and myself. The notices are not received yet. RD Jun 01 ND Aug 01 FP Dec 02 RFE Jan 04 EB11, relocated from one state to another state after FP. SOOOOOON......everyone will receive the GC -- i wish!
