I wouldn't worry too much about online status, I'm USC but my online status is still on Testing and Interview. Sometimes they just don't do updates I guess. Wait for official letters :):):)

As far as I know, if you in US on nonimmigrant visa during 18-26 you are not required to register. And if you got GK after 26 you can't register, but you can have a letter from Selective Service stating that you didn't register because not required. Take your passport with the nonimmigrant visa...
