H1 B Transfers (From Company A to Company B)
What is the procedure to do a H1 B transfer from company A to Company B ? Can i Work for Company B, while my case is still pending transfer ? I have a Valid Visa from Company A which expires 3 yrs from the date i obtained ? If i transfer to company B will i get a I797 A or I 797 B ?- b.sundar
