No Title My wife went with me on 11/21/01. We kindly asked the lady to do her FP 2 weeks earlyer then scheduled, we even had our tickets to prove we\'re flying on 11/24 but she, again kindly asked my wife to come back after she returns to St. Louis bad luck.... dentist

AVM did not change! FP arrived to the new address. It was not forwarded, but correctly addressed!!!!!!!! After I got it I spoke to an IIO who told me that they still have the old address in the system for both my wife and myself. How did my FP arrived is a mistery!!! IIO changed my address...

It will be interesting to post what legal issues can affect Employment based I485 application. For example longer absence from the US, because of the job reason, or working out of your State for a longer period of time, or Tax issues .....

Last entry Lawyer asked for the copies of the latest I94.

The details are: RD 4/30/01 ND 5/17/01 FP 11/21/01 LIN 01-178----- EB3, Other RFE 3/08/02 medical, last entry in the US, employment letter. RFE responded 03/25/02, updated AVM 03/28/02. Wife approved, too.

DV letters are sent by region.
