The marriage certificate Does the marriage certificate should be issued by US government? I and my wife got married before we came to US, so the document my lawyer sent for RFE is issued by my coutry and translated to English by my lawyer. Will it cause any problem?- pseongho

It just said... "RFE was mailed to you on ..." for my wife\'s case, but for mine, "This case has been approved...".- pseongho

I got the same thing Mine was approved on Non 1 and My wife got RFE for marriage certificate, so I sent it to INS last week November. AVM hasn\'t been updated yet since RFE notice. In your posting, what do you mean "INS asked it again"?- pseongho
