What is the latest on GC Plastic Card @ NSC? Has anyone with PP stamping done in Dec 2001 received plastic cards. How long does it take currently. Thanks and good luck.

Passport Stamped at Chicago Finally both myself and wife got our passport stamped on 12/31/01 at Chicago INS office. We were in at 5:45 AM and around 7th in line. Had to wait in the cold (8 deg F / -7 w/wind chill) till 7 AM when the doors were opened. We were issued tokens and waited upstairs...

Got the approval notice, wife\'s approval notice not yet come. Got my approval notice in the mail on Monday 12/24. Hoping get wife\'s notice this week. Does anyone know if INS offices are open on Monday 12/31/01 for getting passport stamped? Thanks and good luck to all.

Folks, It\'s our turn to say case has been approved. Both mine and wife\'s case were approved on 12/19/01, the dream which began 5 years ago, was fulfilled yesterday on hearing the AVM. Details: RD: 7/2000 ND: 8/2000 FP: 2/2001 RFE: 11/20/2001 (for both, birth cert.) RFE sent 12/5/2001...

AVM is a batch system here (not online)  

They know when you called last... I rember once calling and the IIO told me that I had enquired only last week. So they know when you called last...

7 Months... Know two friends who got stamped in end of May 2001/ early June 2001 and got Plastic card in Middle Dec 2001. So around 7 months at NSC!!!

The point is... "Wait Patiently!"

You need to get a NEW lawyer Then the "attorney on record" will be changed by the laywer for you. Do this ASAP. The RFE will be sent to your "attorney on record" for your file. Consult ur atty. for labor petion salary issues. I feel it will be OK. Good Luck.

No Title Great! This is exactly what both me and wife have submitted. (seperate affadavits from father, mother, uncle and aunt). Our RFE package was sent on 12/05 and AVM ack\'ed receipt on 12/6. Hoping to see the sweet suprise in the mail!!!!
