Oh poor Mr Hong What do you expect from INS, but for busy signal. Yeah they are very busy processing our I-485s, so don\'t bother them during business hours. Be content to listen to that stupid 330-360 days message in the evening.

RD 09/12/00 ND 09/25/00 LIN-00-267-****** still waiting I called last week and IIO says "you need to give us some time".. as if more than 1 year from RD is not enough time.. my PD is 09/98..

NSC has changed its message for 485 message like the one above.. It is so ridiculous..

why the delay ?? Because PD is when he started his labor or I140. And ND is when INS has officially entered his I-485 application in the system. Between those dates is when his labor and I140 got processed and there may be some wait time for his priority date to become current.

thats not true You can file for 485, EAD & AP simulataneously. Thats how I have done almost a year ago..
