LC Certified, I-140 Approved ... what next
My LC was certified on Dec-06 and I-140 was approved on Apr-09, PD is Jan-05, was out of status on Dec-03 (B2 Visa). Can I apply for I-485 ? Please help ... What should I do next ? Thank you so much...- SteveLim
