Spoke with IIO on 2/11 When I spoke with IIO on 2/11/02, she told me that my case was assigned to an officer on 2/8/02 and a decision could be made within four weeks. Based on your RD you should be getting your approval within the next few days. Good Luck.

No Title My attorney received the notice for 485/EAD early this week. RD: 4/16/01, ND: 6/29/01. I think they are processing applications received around 3rd week of April. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
