Wattson,
So which part of "SAVING" this country you like the most:
1. Pushing the country into multi-trillion dollars debt that you and your children will have to pay back with no or little visible affects.
2. Pushing the universal healthcare in the middle of the economic crisis which...
Not sure what is confusing...
There is no legal requirement to notify USCIS if you change jobs under AC21. Most people do but it is NOT required (I did not).
The majority of the people are not being questioned about the job change during the interview and there is NO known case denial.
Go...
There is no requirement to notify USCIS about the job change but it is recommended. There are numerous people on this forum who was in the same situation and got citizenship approved without questions with or without submitting papers (including me).
I think unless your sponsoring employer has...
Way to go OBELISK!
nTan and the others:
Sorry to disappoint you but obelisk represents the majority of legal immigrants' opinion. All illegals should be deported just like most other countries do (if they are lucky enough to make it through the border without geting shot). If you are illegal...
Yes, it is correct. You can show up in the post office or passport agency and apply for passport using your father's nat. cert. AND your green card if you meet the conditions. You may need submit additional proof of residency, parent's marriage certificate etc. so be prepared to have these...

I left my sponsoring employer before GC approval under good conditions (my supervisor was ok with me leaving) and I knew they will not...
Today I had my n400 interview in Houston. I have employment based GC and left the sponsoring company before receiving GC but after I485 was pending more than 2 years. The main reason was family related and was not able to travel as much the sponsoring company wanted me to. I have never submitted...
I don't want to "over-discuss" the issue. But in my opinion the OP's statement that she was a citizen had no purpose nor benefits. The whole purpose of the law to punish false claims to obtain employment or benefits under state law. The OP's sentence (not even a claim) was purposless and...
I would say yes especially if you donate money to the organization and put it on your tax return.
I disclosed it along with other organizations like Red Cross I have ever given money just to be on the safe side.
I 100% agree with you. However the child's GC will be needed for the passport application based on my understanding. If his GC has incorrect biographical information it may or may not be accepted as proof of LPR.
I guess the OP will find it out... ;)
