    balala22: We had a similar situation when we went for our interview. They just told us to bring the passports to the embassy once we returned from our trip. We did and then got subsequently got our passports back with the visas - so no problem with this, at least in Finland.

    Mishel: your suggestion makes sense as long as the person's last name really is only Khan. I am sure there are plenty of people with more than one middle name so in my mind writing more than one name in that field should not be a problem.
