Filed 140/485 concurrent in July 07, I was on pending 140 for about 14 months before changed employer 3 months ago, last week my 140 was denied? I was on EAD and my H1 expired in Dec08. What are my options? Do I go out of status? Can I file a H1 transfer? Can I ask my prior company to...- BG140
