I-130 denied but found out 8 years later
I'm a US citizen and I filed an I-130 form for my brother in 2010 from CA. Up until 2018, the status online would show under review. in 2018, the status changed to "denied" stating a denial letter was sent in 2010 with reason for denial. US citizen sponsoring sibling already in US
I'm a US Citizen and I want to sponsor my 29 year old brother who is currently in US on a 5 year multiple entry visitor's visa. Will he have to go back before I can apply or can I apply and have him stay in the US (and work legally) till he is called after 10 years?- nomiee
