Porting Priority date I-140 while changing employer
Company A filed my I-140 and its has been more than 8 months I-140 got approved. Now I am changing to Company B which will take atleast 6 months to start labor and I140 processing. If in between Company A revokes my I-140 ,could I be able to keep the priority date from previous company. Any...- salini
