We had interview at the same day but with different officer and no, it didn't occur to me to mention this to the officer. Since we always got all the notifications at the same time I assumed the cases were already linked together. Wish I knew better!

True! The Salt Lake City DO is not that busy but one of the slowest! They takes 5 months to schedule the interview and then add more for oath.

Today I was pleasantly surprised to see an e-mail message informing me the status changed to Testing & Interview. Now wait for the actual interview date but I know Salt Lake City is the one of the slowest district office.

My biometric was done on Oct 30 and so far the status remains frozen at the initial review. You are in much better shape.

I'm a bit disappointed to see that my status didnt change after the FP was done 3 weeks ago. I have a sneaking suspicion that I might need to go the WOM route like I did for green card.

My case status still shows " we sent you the finger notice on 10/22....." It doesnt reflect the fact that the FP is done. I'm still waiting...

It depends on the particular ASC. If they are nor busy they will take you in.

My FP is scheduled for 11/04 but I walked-in today to Salt lake City ASC and they were kind enough to take my biometric. The office was almost empty and everything was done in 20 minutes! Now wait for the interview.........

Last Update Yesterday I received the plastic card! I guess time has come to file notice of voluntary dismissal. Need I send it to the cort clerk and a copy to the AUSA? Amazing it took just 2 months since the date of WOM filing. Thanks to all, esp lazycis, jefkorn.
