RFE on EA please help, tansfer from EA to NIW
dear all, I got an RFE on Oct. 19 on I-140 EA, however since my NIW was approved in Feb. 2008, lawyer suggested to ask for a transfer of I-485 from EA to NIW. Respond sent on Oct. 21, this Dec. 23, 2008 will be two months and still have not heard back from USCIS regarding transfer. Anyone...- tali806

REF on E-B1 , request to transfer to NIW approved
Hi, I got an approved NIW since Feb 08, however my lawyer filed concurrently i-485 with my E-B1 last year.
