    Peeter, That's not a good idea, you could be denied entry into the US or later on your AOS could be denied, because your F-1 is a non-immigrant visa and once married your intention coming into the USA is to immigrate.

    Hi, You have to give us more info. There's no I-94 visa. If you had a I-94W [the green form you are being asked about on the previous post] and stayed more that 90 days in the US+CN, then your admission was denied because you indeed overstayed your entry. hope this helps
