Hi guys, I have a friend in Chicago area and his Labour for GC was filed somewhere in AUG98. And he has still not received approval. Is this normal or Chicago DOL has lost his files. Please Gurus, let me know what he can do now, and I think he is going to finish 6yrs this month.

No Title I think it depends on the primary address given in ur pettition. In my case my Lawayer has given his addresss as the only address. So all the time the notices goes to him only. I could be wrong but I have not received a single notice yet. I am done thru my FP and waiting for my approval.
