I140 transfered
Just now I checked USCIS and came to know that TSC has already reviewed I140(EB1) cases through 7/19/07. Can anybody suggest what will happen to the cases of earlier dates being tranferred from NSC to TSC?- hellohappyfeet

I140 transferred I applied for I140 (EB1) on 6/21/07 at NSC. My case was tranferred to TSC on 7/21/08. My question is - Is this transfer in normal, or something wrong is going on with my case? My case will be reviewed at TSC according to which date, 6/21/07 or 7/21/08? Thanks for your...- hellohappyfeet
