Approval notice You might want to call your lawyer, because USCIS does not sent approval notices for I-140 to individuals, since your employer is the actual "owner" of the approved petition. Correct me if I am wrong. Just my 2 cents.

You said you're EB3, but there are different categories for EB3 depending on where you come from. India, China, ROW. And all have different dates. I do not see where you're from, unless I totally missed that.

As far as I know, it depends on the job qualification. That's how my attorney explained it to us. If the job ask for BS degree and you have PhD, you can't claim labor based on PhD, just on BS because that's what the job qualification asked for. Correct me if I am wrong.
