Thanks Ajax. My 485 RD is 4/4/07. Did they not say that the cases will be cleared by March 10th.

ajax, I had called TSC and they refused to give info saying that I had called in Jan and I should wait 6 months. 485 RD 4/07

I got a similar letter in Jan. I called the TSC about the memo and the guy acknowledged the memo but said that since that letter was sent nothing has changed and wait 6 months before calling back.

I am new to the forum. It seems that memo is working for some only. EB1- 485- 4/4/07 FP- 5/3/07 AP and EAD approved- May 07 485- STuck in name check
